Choice I

“WALK & TALK CONSULTATION”

This 45-minute, on-site, consultation consists of verbal recommendations made by Richard Fry.  New plantings, remedial work, problem areas, and points that are of interest to the client will be covered.  We are pleased to quote on any or all of his recommendations.  The client is responsible for taking notes or tape/video recording the visit. A landscape sketch or written notes are NOT included in this consultation.

Fee:  $75.00 (Local within 6 miles of nursery)

Out of Area: $100.00

Choice II

“WALK & TALK with LANDSCAPE SKETCH” CONSULTATION

This consists of the basic “Walk & Talk” consultation PLUS an additional 45 minutes for a conceptual landscape sketch of a specific area.  The sketch will be mailed to the client upon receipt of final payment.  The client may then implement the plan on his or her own, or request a written landscape proposal from Fry Nursery.

Fee: $175.00 (Local within 6 miles of nursery)

Out of Area: $200.00

Choice III

FORMAL LANDSCAPE PLAN AND PROPOSAL

This option consists of the “Walk & Talk” consultation as well as a formal, to-scale plan and proposal subsequently presented to the client. Please contact us to discuss credit towards our Landscaping Services.

Range:  $350.00 – $1000.00; fee based upon survey availability, size and complexity of the project(s).
